Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of ForgeKit at forgekit.krinc.in. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

ForgeKit provides free, browser-based text and productivity tools. All processing runs locally in your browser — no account is required and your input is not sent to our servers.

Free to use

ForgeKit is free and intended to stay that way. The service is funded by advertising. There is no paid tier and no usage limit for the core tools.

Provided “as is”

The tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them, especially for important or sensitive work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeKit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to process unlawful content.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site in ways that harm its availability for others.
Misrepresent the site or scrape it in violation of these terms.

Advertising

The site displays ads served by third parties, including Google AdSense. Your interactions with ads are governed by those third parties' terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies and advertising.

Intellectual property

The ForgeKit name, branding, and site design are owned by their respective owners. The text you process remains entirely yours — we claim no rights to it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
